Trade Application

Dear prospective client

Thank you for the interest shown in Vinesse and the wine that we promote.
Please find attached our trade application form, including our general terms and conditions of trading.
In order to expeditiously process your trade application with Vinesse, we require the following documentation to accompany your trade application:

1. Copy / copies of all owners’ and/or directors’ identification documents.
2. Copy of your current liquor licence (or proof of renewal paid)
3. Copy of your CIPC registration document showing current owners/directors

No application will be processed without all the above-mentioned items.
All information required on the Trade Application must be provided.

Orders placed prior to approval of your trade application will be strictly PPD (Payment Prior to Delivery).

Should your trade application be approved please take note of the following;
• Your account terms will be strictly 30 Days after date of Statement. Terms may be reconsidered, on application, after a period of six months taking into consideration your payment history to date.

Vinesse will revert to you within 48 hours after receipt of the fully completed Trade Application including all the required documentation.
